Houston, TX- Government of Texas $20 Dec. 31, 1838 Cr. H19 Medlar 63 PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ, CC.

The $20 has vignettes of Minerva standing with a shield that has a six pointed star at left and an allegorical woman seated, perhaps representing the Republic of Texas, at right. The note is well printed on clean bright paper, with the only impairments being the ever present cut cancels that are part of almost every surviving note from this issue.
